Welcome to BAZAR, an application published by ACE Global Venture Studio FZ-LLC, a free zone limited liability company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates, registered with RAKEZ under Trade License No. 47030190, with its registered office at FDRK8639 Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
Your privacy matters to us. We collect as little data as possible, we never sell it, and we never use it for advertising.
Although ACE Global Venture Studio FZ-LLC is based in the United Arab Emirates, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for all our users residing in the European Union.
It depends on how you use BAZAR.
When you play the offline modes, the app works entirely on your device. No account is required, nothing is sent to a server, and no data is collected.
The online games (including “Déballage”) require a connection and process the data listed in section 3. No email address, password, phone number or location data is ever collected.

BAZAR only reads your photo library when you are setting up a game of “Déballage”, and solely to draw photos at random. No photo leaves your device before you have seen it and approved it: you are shown every photo that was drawn, and you choose which ones are sent.
You can grant access to selected photos only (Limited Photo Access on iOS, selected photos on Android).
Only the players present in your game. Your photos are never published, never shown outside that game, and never used for any other purpose.
We do not sell your data and we share it with no one for their own purposes. Online game data is hosted by the following processors, who act only on our instructions:
BAZAR contains no advertising network and no third-party tracker.
The application is intended for users aged 18 and older due to its festive theme. It is not designed for children.
You may request the deletion of your data at any time by writing to [email protected]. Uninstalling the app removes your anonymous identifier from your device.
Under the GDPR you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. If you reside in the European Union, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
