The BAZAR app is a party game published by ACE Global Venture Studio FZ-LLC, a free zone limited liability company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates (RAKEZ Trade License No. 47030190), with its registered office at FDRK8639 Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. It offers various game modes to liven up your gatherings with friends, featuring challenges, questions, and other interactive content designed to create a friendly and festive atmosphere.
The app is available on the Apple App Store. The minimum age required to download and use the app is 18 years old. By downloading and using BAZAR, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
Two game modes are available for free. A paid subscription unlocks the full content:
Subscriptions are offered on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis, with payments managed through the App Store.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings. No refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.
Our website may use cookies for statistical purposes. You can manage your cookie preferences in your browser settings.
The app itself does not use cookies or any tracking mechanisms.
Certain game modes may contain adult or suggestive content. These modes are strictly reserved for users aged 18 or older. By accessing these modes, you confirm that you meet the age requirement.
We reserve the right to restrict or disable access to these modes in case of non-compliance with this rule. In the event of a violation, BAZAR disclaims any responsibility.
BAZAR offers online games (including “Déballage”) in which each player uses their own phone and may share photos from their library with the other players in their game.
By using the online games, you agree to:
Zero tolerance. All reported content is reviewed. In the event of a breach, we may remove the content and permanently block its author from the online games, without notice.
At any point during a game, every player can report a photo or block another player. For any request, write to us at [email protected]. We handle reports within 24 hours.
You remain solely responsible for the content you choose to share. Before each game, you are shown every photo that was drawn and you choose which ones are sent.
Your nickname and profile picture are visible to the players in your games. They must follow the same rules as shared photos.
The offline game modes require no account and collect no data: they run entirely on your device.
The online games process a limited amount of data, listed in our Privacy Policy: an anonymous player identifier, your nickname and profile picture, the photos you choose to put into play, and the votes and scores of the game. Photos are deleted at the end of the game, and at the latest 24 hours after it was created. No email address, password or location data is ever collected.
We do not guarantee that the app will be free from errors or interruptions. By using the app, you acknowledge that ACE Global Venture Studio FZ-LLC cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, data losses, or service malfunctions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be communicated via the app or our website. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates. Users in other regions may benefit from specific protections under their local laws.
