1. Application Overview

The Bloomy app is designed for couples and crushes and is published by ACE Global Venture Studio FZ-LLC, a free zone limited liability company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates (RAKEZ Trade License No. 47030190), with its registered office at FDRK8639 Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. It offers various game modes to help users spend quality time together.

2. Access, Registration, and Consent

The app is accessible through the Apple App Store and Google Play. The minimum age required to access the app is 16 years old. By downloading and using the app, users agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

3. Features and Subscriptions

Users have free access to two game modes. A paid subscription unlocks seven additional game modes, all question and challenge card content, and regular content updates. Subscriptions are available on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis, with payments processed through the respective app stores.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the settings in the App Store or Google Play. No refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.

5. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website may use cookies for analytical purposes. You may manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

6. Age Restriction and Adult Content

Certain features of the app, particularly some game modes, contain intimate or sexual content. These features are strictly limited to users who are 18 years or older. By accessing these features, users certify that they are 18 years of age or older.

We reserve the right to restrict or disable access to these modes for users who do not meet this age requirement. In the event of a violation of this restriction, Bloomy disclaims any responsibility.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

7.1 Types of Data Collected

• Account Email: We collect the email address associated with your Google or Apple account for authentication and user identification purposes.
• We do not collect sensitive personal information (e.g., location, health data, financial data, etc.).

7.2 Purpose of Collection

• Account Access: We use your email address to create and maintain your user account.
• Marketing Emails: We may send promotional or marketing emails to keep you informed about new features, updates, or special offers. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link in each email.
• We do not use collected data for analytics or personalized content at this time.

7.3 Storage and Retention

• Firebase Services: All user data is stored in Firebase (Firestore, Firebase Auth).
• Data Retention: We retain your data until you delete your account. If you wish to continue using the app, we cannot delete the essential data (such as your email address) required for your account.
• Account Deletion: If you wish to stop using the app and delete your account entirely, please follow the steps provided in the app or contact us directly. Once deleted, your data will be removed from our systems within a reasonable time frame, in compliance with legal obligations.

7.4 Data Sharing with Third Parties

• We do not share user data with any third parties beyond Firebase.
• We do not disclose data unless required by law or legal process.

7.5 Security Measures

• We use TLS (Transport Layer Security) to encrypt data in transit and AES-256 encryption to protect data at rest.
• We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

7.6 User Rights

• Access and Correction: You can review and update your email address in your account settings at any time.
• Deletion: You may request full account deletion if you no longer wish to use the app. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed.
